This website is built and run by Agita, Danai, and Yulia — we’re from different countries, decided to move to Portugal permanently, and we are building a creative theatre community here, in Porto.

Each year, we run 3–5 monologue groups, 5–7 physical theatre groups, and in total up to 6 public performances.

We train people to feel comfortable expressing themselves and feeling comfortable in their bodies.

Theatre Sessions

2-month theatre course with a final performance.

Sessions: once a week for 2h.

We work with accessing each person's feelings, identity, and core values, doing body language-movement exercises and group-building activities. Theoretical parts regarding Gestalt, non-formal education models, and acting are also involved. And there is also a fun part.

Music, dancing, socializing, and lemonade will be served.

  • Warm-up activities.

  • Unconventional dancefloor for everyone - even if you think you don't dance.

  • Judgement-free space to express yourself through body movement.

  • Dancing is encouraged but not mandatory, you can also join us for a conversation.

Heads up! No alcohol or substances allowed.

Physical Theatre with Agi and Danai

Physical Theatre with Agi and Danai uses techniques from John Britton and Jacques Lecoq, mixed with our contemporary dance, biodanza, clowning, sports, and other facilitation backgrounds, as well as work based on the group's needs and dynamics.
The focus is on the performer with care and presence, inviting pleasure, building self-acceptance, and working with positive feedback only.

If you want to explore your body expression, creativity and improvisation, this is a safe space for that.

No previous experience is needed.
